Can I book a transfer to the airport?

Yes, you can book a transfer to the airport or any other destination. You can book these services online, via mobile app, or by contacting the service provider directly. Booking in advance ensures a stress-free and timely arrival at the airport.

 

Why am I unable to enter an address in a pick-up/drop-off box?

Make sure that you choose city/town or airport while choosing the rout on main page, During the booking process you will be asked to enter your full pick up/drop off adress.

 

My travel group is landing on different flights, how can I book?

You have to make two saperate booking or during the booking process you can write in comments both flight number and we will pick up you at last flight arrival. Be awear in case of big delay maybe we will not be abel to pick up all passengers if delay exceeded 45 min then original planned. ( we will be in contact and find best option ).

 

What meeting time should I choose if I go to the airport?

When choosing a meeting time for heading to the airport, consider arriving at least 2-3 hours before a domestic flight (EU flights) and 3-4 hours before an international flight. This allows ample time for check-in, security, and any unforeseen delays. Adjust based on your distance from the airport and peak traffic time, our recomendation is always to add 20% more time in case of delays, traffic jams or some other unpredicted reason.

 

Can I complete my reservation, without a credit card?

We have several diffrent payment options you have to choose the one you want. Credit card is not neeeded for booking. For some routs you will be contacted from our customer service and you will be asked to pay 20% deposit 1 day before arrival.

 

How will I know my booking is successful and confirmed?

After we receive your booking, the confirmation will be issued shortly. For some services processing can take up to 12 hours (average time: 2hours).

 

How can I request a quote?

After you enter your route, date and passengers on the web page. If there is no available price for your request, you need to click on botom of the page on left side form to fill "submitt" and send it.

What type of vehicle will be assigned to my transfer?

Due to the large fleet of vehicles at our disposal throughout Europe, our logistics team assigns the aforementioned vehicles the day before each transfer. We are unable to confirm a specific brand or model for your booking. The assigned vehicle will surely be no less valuable than the one stated in your booking.

 

My group size has changed. What should I do?

You can change your booking details by sending your change request via Whats app or email. Take into consideration your change might request a price change. Also try to give us info 24h before arrival. Changes on airport are not possible.

 

My flight number/meeting time has changed. What should I do?

Kindly notify our Customer Service as soon as possible in order to check the possibility of organizing your transfer at a new time. Flight number in booking process is important if you stay out of battery or signal we will follow it and wait you at time of your arrival at airport.

 

My booking details have changed/I have entered the wrong ones. How can I change them?

You can change your booking details by sending your change request via emial or WhatsApp. Changing the information may require price changes.

 

Do I have to print my confirmation?

If it is not convenient for you to print the confirmation, you can show your online copy to the driver from your mobile device.

 

Can I have my driver's number?

You will receive your driver's number 30 minutes before your transfer via SMS and email. You can also contact our customer service on the number visible in your Confirmation.

 

How can I contact Customer service if I need assistance?

You can contact our Customer service by email or via the contact number in the Confirmation.

 

Do I need to confirm my reservation before the ride?

After receiving the Confirmation, it is not necessary to confirm your reservation again. If you pay for the ride in cash, please make sure to be available at the number you provided in the reservation the day before the ride.

Where will I meet the driver?

If your transfer is from the airport, the driver will wait for you at the arrivals area unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation, with a sign or a tablet showing your name. If your transfer is from a port or station, the driver will wait for you at the nearest meeting point with a sign or a tablet showing your name. If your transfer is from your accommodation, the driver will wait for you in front of the building if it is not in a pedestrian zone. In case you cannot find the driver, please contact him or contact Customer Service.

 

How long will the driver wait for me?

For departures from the airport, the included waiting time is 50 minutes. For all other starting points 20 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds the above limits, extra charges will be applied. If you have lost baggeg inform driver or call centar.

 

What happens if my flight, train, or ship is delayed?

If your flight, train, or ship is delayed, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to check the options of rescheduling your transfer.

Please call our Customer Service as soon as you get the information about your flight. The prompt information is of great importance to check the options of rescheduling your transfer on time.

 

What happens if my flight, train, or ship is early?

If your flight, train, or ship is early, you need to wait for the driver at the meeting point specified on your Confirmation until the scheduled pickup time. As we always follow the flight waiting time will be minimmum and driver will contact you.

 

How long will the ride last?

The average duration of your ride can be checked via maps. If your destination is an airport, you should increase the average ride time by 20% to ensure you arrive at the airport on time.

 

What should I do if I miss my flight?

Please contact our Customer Service on the number visible in your Confirmation.

 

What should I do if I can't find the driver?

Please contact your driver on a number received. You can also contact our Customer Service on the number visible in your Confirmation in order to assist you.

 

Why do I have to be available on my mobile phone?

Your mobile number will be used if we need to contact you in case of emergency, for example, if your driver is experiencing difficulties locating you at the time of pickup.

 

Can I consume food and drink during the transfer?

Unfortunately, food and beverages are not allowed during the transfer. It is possible to add an extra stop on the route and use it for food and drinks.

Can I bring my wheelchair?

You are welcome to bring your foldable wheelchair at no extra charge. Please make sure to choose a vehicle that is large enough to accommodate all passengers, luggage, and the wheelchair.

 

Is it necessary to book child seats?

Child seats are required as the safety of children's transportation is regulated by law and there are penalties for not using them. We offer infant seats (0-1 years old), child seats (1-5 years old), and booster seats (5-12 years old) they are free of charge.

 

Can I bring my child seat?

You can bring your child seat. Please consider that it takes up space for one person, so make sure to select the appropriate vehicle while booking.

 

Can I add more than one extra stop?

There is a possibility to add more than one extra stop while making your online booking. Additional stops are only allowed en route, limited to 15 minutes for an additional charge.

 

Can I carry pets in the vehicle?

You can take your pet on a transfer as long as it is properly placed in the travel box or bag and put in the cargo hold of the vehicle, without an extra charge. Please take care your pet does not disturb the driver during the transfer and that the vehicle remains in good condition as it was so that it can be ready for the next customers after you.

 

Will I be charged extra if I have extra luggage?

The allowed luggage per passenger seat is one piece of medium size and one piece of hand luggage and is already included in the price of your transfer. If you have extra luggage per passenger seat and that require a larger vehicle category, you need to book a larger vehicle.

 

What kind of insurance do I have during the transfer?

All our passengers have injury insurance in the event of a car accident. We also suggest you to pay Travel Insurance every time you travel so that you can travel without worries.

Why is my credit card declined?

The most common reasons are security (you did not approve payment with 3d code), insufficeint funds or amount limits. If you have any issues contact our Customer Service and we will do our best to find the suitable solution.

 

Can I choose the currency?

The selected currency on our page is the Euro and can not be chosen individually. Payment in cash can be made in Euro or the currency in which the transfer takes place.

 

I need a payment confirmation for my transfer, how can I get it?

You can request a payment confirmation after your card has been charged for the amount specified in the Confirmation.

 

My company requires an invoice, how can I get one?

Once your transfer has been completed, you can request an invoice through your transfer confirmation by filing comment line- ‘’Request an invoice’’ by providing us with the company’s details (name, fiscal address, VAT number).

 

What should I do if my money was not refunded?

In case you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your bank account within 15 days. If there is no notification about the refund, we kindly ask you to contact us via email: zadar.airport.transfer@gmail.com

 

Do I need to tip the driver?

Our rates do not include a driver's tip. Any extra gratitude for the extraordinary service of your driver is completely at your discretion, and highly appreciated by the drivers!

Why is it better to book a transfer than a regular taxi?

A private transfer is a pre-booked, chauffeur-driven vehicle reserved solely for your party. The driver waits for you at the chosen meeting point and drives you directly to the destination address indicated by you when making the booking.
